Tax Payments for Owners Living Abroad
As many of our clients live abroad we are here to take care of certain financial obligations required by the Japanese government regarding paying taxes and receiving rents.

All issues related to the maintenance and upkeep of your property will be handled thought our comprehensive vendor management system. Costs will be kept at a minimum while keeping your property in the best shape possible.
Facility Inspections and Reporting
