 Needs Analysis

Complete a Needs Assessment form to let us know your wants, hopes, and requirements for a rental property. Set your budget, area, property type, and any other criteria you have for your new home.

We work with a multitude of providers to ensure broad access to the market. Taking your needs into account, we prepare a variety of property options based on your needs. 

The list of property samples is presented to you in a clear, easy-to-understand format giving you all the basic information you need at a glance. With additional feedback, more property options can be provided.

Property Viewing

Interlink will pick you up for a viewing of the properties in which you are interested.

We'll give you a tour of the neighborhood and can show you around the area. We will walk you through the property, inside and out, and explain the key features.

Any questions you may have about the property or the rental process you can have answered on the spot.

 Contract Negotiation

Once you've chosen a property, Interlink will submit your application and coordinate the process with the landlord or property-management company. 

We will negotiate the contract terms on your behalf to ensure you get the best deal possible.

 Lease Summary Walk-Through

Meet with a certified real estate agent from Interlink.

We will take you through the entire process and terms involved with the contract. We will explain every detail of the contract to ensure you are clear on all of the terms of the agreement and answer any questions you may have.

Then, the contract is signed and submitted, completing the contract process.

 Move-In

You're finally able to move in! 

On the day, we will meet you at the property to wrap up any final matters and conduct your move-in inspection. Our inspection will document any damage or concerns with the property for reference.

Once everything is complete we'll pass you the keys to your new home.
